These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 999gam ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 999gam website located at https://999gam.pro and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino games, slot games, payment processing, and any promotional or loyalty programs offered from time to time.

By completing registration on the 999g am platform, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. • You must be at least 21 years of age. 999gam enforces a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or other voluntary or compulsory restriction that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or agent of 999gam, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on the 999gam platform at any time. The existence of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether identified by name, address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifier — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify 999gam immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 999gam will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your account on your behalf.
• You must update your account information promptly if it changes.
• Accounts registered with false or misleading information may be suspended without notice and any balance held pending investigation.

999gam reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, at first withdrawal, and upon any significant change to account activity patterns.

All financial transactions on the 999gam platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, and Raast instant payment transfers.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Deposits are credited to your 999gam account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the respective payment provider. 999gam does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending identity or source-of-funds verification. 999gam reserves the right to request supporting documentation for withdrawal requests that exceed Rs 50,000 within any 30-day period.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the account, or to a verified bank account held in the player's own name.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met in full.
• 999gam reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of responsible gaming or anti-fraud checks.
• Players are responsible for any taxes applicable to winnings under their local tax obligations.

999gam offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless more specific terms are stated for a particular promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (stated in the individual promotion terms) before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated for each promotion. 999gam reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in a player's account at any time, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or abuse bonus offers — including through use of multiple accounts, low-risk bet patterns designed to clear wagering requirements, or any other manipulation — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Minimum Odds: Bets placed at odds below the minimum stated in the promotion terms will not contribute towards wagering requirements.

999gam reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Continued availability of a promotion is not guaranteed.

All bets placed on the 999gam sportsbook and casino are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, market, or game. The following general rules apply across all betting activity on the platform:

• A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the 999gam system. A confirmation receipt number will be displayed in your betting history upon successful acceptance.
• 999gam reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error, technical fault, or human error in market creation.
• In the event of a match or event abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for the relevant market. Generally, bets on events that do not commence within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to system availability. 999gam cannot guarantee the availability of live betting markets and accepts no liability for interruption to in-play services due to connectivity issues.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface.
• Cricket-specific rules apply to all PSL, T20I, ODI, and Test match markets and are published separately in the Cricket Betting Rules section of the platform.

Settlement of all bets will be based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB for PSL events, ICC for international cricket). 999gam's decision on all settlement disputes is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999gam platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification or payment information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets, exploit bonuses, or gain unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or corruption of any sporting event.
• Colluding with other players, 999gam employees, or any third party to manipulate game outcomes or gain unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Laundering money or using 999gam for any transaction related to illegal activity.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Any conduct that 999gam reasonably determines to constitute abuse, harassment, or threats directed at staff or other players.

999gam is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player base. The platform provides a suite of self-management tools that players can access directly from their account dashboard at any time, without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Set time alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen prompts displaying your net gaming position and session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from gambling for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without committing to a full self-exclusion.

All content on the 999gam platform, including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and data, is the exclusive property of 999gam or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 999gam platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the platform.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

Any unauthorised use of 999gam's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999gam and its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption to gaming services due to technical failures, maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses incurred as a result of reliance on information published on the platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.

999gam's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 999gam account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 999gam's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

999gam collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and platform use — including your name, contact details, device information, transaction history, and gaming activity — is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving platform services. 999gam does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All personal data is stored and transmitted using industry-standard encryption. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records under applicable regulations.

Minor amendments — such as clarifications, typographic corrections, or updates to reflect changes in payment methods or game availability — may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the 999gam platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to the jurisdiction under which 999gam operates. 999gam operates under applicable international online gaming frameworks.

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, account decisions, or any other matter arising from your use of the platform, you should in the first instance contact the 999gam support team. 999gam will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal complaint.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, the matter may be referred to the relevant independent dispute resolution body as specified in 999gam's licensing terms. 999gam's decision on all matters relating to game results, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility is final and binding, subject only to proven technical error.
